Dear Carla Fountain through Aylee I'm writing to you to thank you and show my appreciation for taking time off work and your effort and commitment on camp.

I thank you for participating in heaps of events and your understanding of students.

One of my hilights was jumping off the Wharf without your supervision or attention, some people wouldn't have been able to conquer jumping off in reality, even if you faced the challenge of jumping off. I loved seeing all of Turanganui experience jumping of the Wharf, with no regrets.

Once again I'd like to thank you for everything you have done for Turanganui and an overall great experience and one to remember.
 Your sincerely

Explanation

Today at school we wrote thank you letters to the parents that went on camp this year, ( year 7s wrote 2 year 8s wrote 3 )
We had a recap about what the parents individually did and what the effect was.  We each all did a draft planning and then buddy checked, then showed a teacher.  Once they gave us a nod of approval then we could publish, after publishing we pasted them on a slideshow then to be printed.

  1. Kia ora Melody,
I saw photos of your Camp that Matua Q was putting up. It looked like you had lots of fun and the weather was amazing.
This is a nice way of saying thank you to the parents who went with you. Did they jump off the wharf as well?

Thank you for your positive, thoughtful, helpful comments.
Positive - something done well
Thoughtful - a sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say
Helpful - give some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about
